Indivar Nair

Indivar has spent the last 20 years of his career exploring different areas of IT. In these years, he has worked extensively on almost all aspects of IT, from hardware maintenance, networking through to software design and development. He has also spent many years managing the IT Infrastructure of many large and small corporations.

Through his career, he has setup large Data Centers like the Sony Imageworks Data Center in Chennai, India and also been part of the Highest Level Technical Escalation Team at one of India's biggest IT Vendor - CMS Computers Ltd.

A hardcore HPC enthusiast, his project, 'SPARX' (An HPC Cluster based Render Farm Management tool), which he and his team developed won the 'PC Quest Best IT Implementation Award 2008'.

Ramesh Nair

Ramesh, started his career as an embedded systems developer, but had to move on to managing his family business of  precision welding - Unistar Welding Equipments. Though, being from a different technical background, he managed to adapt, learn and grow his business to a multi-crore enterprise. He is a strong believer in innovation and through continuous investment in it, he has ensured that his products are technologically way ahead of competition. A proof of this is HCC choosing Unistar Welding Equipments as one of the few vendors providing specialized equipments to build India's first cable stayed sea bridge - The Bandra Worli Sea Link.

With TechTerrain, Ramesh returns to his original interest, 'Computing'. With his vast experience in building multi-crore businesses from scratch, he brings in a lot of valuable knowhow and expertise in Business Management and Growth. As with his others ventures, continuous innovation and development will be one key areas of interest.
